Our website may allow you to submit inquiries, request information, receive estimates, schedule appointments, communicate with us, or connect with vehicle-related service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement, information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a binding purchase, sale, financing, trade-in, appraisal, or service agreement.
Any final vehicle purchase, sale, financing, trade-in, appraisal, delivery, warranty, or related transaction may be subject to additional written agreements, disclosures, approvals, inspections, identity verification, documentation, and applicable laws.
2. Eligibility and use of the website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
- Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
- Submit false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.
- Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
- Copy, scrape, harvest, or extract data from the website without our written permission.
- Use the website to send spam, malware, automated requests, or harmful code.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation.
- Violate the rights of Ridebuyers, our users, our partners, or any third party.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website or services if we believe these Terms have been violated or if we need to protect our business, users, partners, systems, or legal rights.
3. Information you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.
This may include your contact information, vehicle information, ownership details, financing-related information, appointment details, and any documents, photos, or messages you submit.
We may rely on the information you provide when responding to your inquiry, preparing estimates, arranging services, communicating with partners, or determining whether we can provide a service.
Providing false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may delay or prevent us from providing services and may result in cancellation or refusal of a request, offer, appointment, or transaction.
4. Vehicle information, availability, and pricing
Vehicle information on our website or in our communications may include details such as make, model, year, trim, mileage, features, condition, photos, availability, estimated value, pricing, payment estimates, financing estimates, or other vehicle-related information.
We try to keep information accurate and current, but vehicle information may change, contain errors, or become outdated. Vehicle availability, pricing, features, mileage, condition, and other details are subject to confirmation.
Unless expressly confirmed in a signed written agreement, website information, online estimates, advertisements, communications, or preliminary offers do not create a binding obligation to buy, sell, finance, reserve, deliver, or provide any vehicle or service.
If a vehicle price is advertised by an Ontario motor vehicle dealer, the advertised price must comply with applicable Ontario vehicle advertising laws. Taxes, licensing, and other amounts may be treated as required or permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel duplicate or incorrect listings, and refuse or cancel requests where information is inaccurate, unavailable, incomplete, unlawful, or not capable of being fulfilled, subject to applicable law.
5. Estimates, appraisals, and offers
Any online estimate, vehicle valuation, trade-in estimate, purchase estimate, financing estimate, or similar information is preliminary only unless expressly confirmed in a signed written agreement.
Final values, offers, approvals, and transaction terms may depend on factors such as vehicle condition, inspection results, vehicle history, title status, ownership verification, lien status, market conditions, lender requirements, required documents, and applicable law.
We are not obligated to honour an estimate, appraisal, or preliminary offer if the information provided was inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unverifiable, or if the vehicle condition, history, ownership, lien status, market value, or legal status differs from what was originally provided.
6. Financing and third-party services
Financing, leasing, warranty, insurance, inspection, appraisal, logistics, delivery, payment, and other related services may be provided by third-party providers.
Any financing or credit-related information is subject to approval by the applicable lender or financing provider. We do not guarantee that financing will be approved or that any particular rate, payment, term, condition, or offer will be available.
Third-party providers may have their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, fees, approvals, and disclosures. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any third-party terms before entering into a transaction with them.
Ridebuyers is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, approvals, denials, delays, representations, warranties, services, fees, or policies of third-party providers, except where required by applicable law.
7. Appointments and communications

If you choose to receive marketing communications from us, we may contact you about offers, services, updates, vehicle-related opportunities, or other information that may be relevant to you.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or by contacting us directly.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may still send non-marketing communications, such as responses to your inquiries, appointment confirmations, transaction-related messages, service updates, or legally required notices.

13. No warranties
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridebuyers disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the website will be secure, available, uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or harmful code, or that any defects will be corrected.
Some laws may not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ridebuyers and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ridebuyers' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website, services, or these Terms will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to Ridebuyers for the specific service giving rise to the claim; or (b) CAD $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ridebuyers and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

You may stop using the website at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections relating to intellectual property, user submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.
